Once you reach the end of Year 11, you're suddenly faced with a huge range of new choices, which are much more than just choosing between staying at school or going to work. The biggest problem is knowing how to start making the best choice for you.

It’s a good idea to speak to your personal adviser during year 11 for help with this. It’s Your Choice is a magazine and website that gives you lots of information and advice on choosing what to do after year 11. You may have been given a copy of the magazine at school.

For local information and listings about post-16 education and training opportunities in West London and its surrounding areas, take a look at our Choices 2007 booklet.

You could also take a look at the new Choice website which is a database of 14-19 learning opportunities across London.

Looking for employment after year 11? See Lois for job and apprenticeship vacancies advertised in Connexions centres across London.

Our booklet, A Guide for New Employees features lots of useful advice for young people about to start their first job.
