Everybody needs help at some point. We all go through times when we're not sure what to do about something and want someone independent who'll listen and help. Connexions is there to make sure you get help when you need it.

Connexions brings together all the organisations that work with young people so you won't have to deal with lots of different individuals on your own. Instead, you get a personal adviser (PA) whose job it is to help you.

Whatever the issue - whether it's careers or courses, jobs and training or personal issues like money, relationships, health or housing - your PA is there to help you get the right advice and support.
